4 eggs, separated
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 small can pineapple
2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat egg whites and put in refrigerator. Mix all together.
Add beaten egg whites. Pour in tube pan and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
1 stick butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. milk
Cook 5 minutes. Pour over cake while still in pan. Cool.
