1/2 lb. butter 2 c. sugar 6 eggs, separated 1/2 pt. sour cream 3 c. flour 1/4 tsp. soda Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Separate eggs and add one yolk at the time to mixture. Mix well. Add sour cream. Add to mixture sifted cake flour and soda, one cup at a time. Beat egg whites stiff, but not dry, and fold into mixture. Grease and flour cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 90 minutes.
