1 c. cake flour 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's syrup 1 c. sugar 1 stick butter 1 tsp. baking soda Mix ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 2 x 13-inch greased and floured pan. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degrees oven. Icing: 1/3 c. evaporated milk 1 c. sugar 1 stick butter Mix and cook in pot on top of stove. Bring to boil and boil for one to two minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Stir and pour over cake.
