1 box white cake mix 4 eggs 1/2 c. Crisco 1/2 c. water 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O 1 (14 oz.) pkg. strawberries, drained Mix all ingredients, except strawberries, and beat 3 minutes. Fold in strawberries. Pour into 3 (8-inch) greased cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Icing: 1 box confectioners sugar 1 stick margarine 2 Tbsp. juice from strawberries Cream margarine and sugar together. Add juice to spread consistency.
