Crust:
1 stick margarine
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9 x 12 pan.
Bake until golden brown in 325 degrees oven for approximately 20 to 25
minutes.

2nd Layer:
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
10 oz. Cool Whip

Mix ingredients and spread over the cooled crust.

Top Layer:
2 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding

Mix pudding and pour over the Cool Whip layer.
