Sweet 'N Low or diet lite sweetener 1 tsp. baking soda 1 pkg. lemon drink mix 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk 1 c. unprocessed bran 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. lemon peel 8 eggs 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract 1 Tbsp. butter flavor extract 2 c. unsweetened applesauce Mix dry ingredients together. Beat eggs with flavorings until light and fluffy, using electric mixer. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and fold in applesauce. Mix well. Pour into Bundt pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool and cut into 8 pieces. Equals 1/3 protein, 1/4 fruit and daily protein powder.
