RED VELVET CAKE

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 oz. red cake coloring

Icing:
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut

Cook first flour and milk on low heat until thick, then let
cool. Then mix butter and sugar. Add milk and flour to sugar and
butter; mix well. Then add other ingredients.
