1 stick butter, softened powdered sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. flour 1/4 c. sugar 1 pinch love Cream butter and sugar together until smooth and fluffy. Add flour and salt, blending to make a smooth dough. Carefully fold in love. Press dough into ungreased 8-inch pie pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into wedges while warm. Yields 8 large or 18 small wedges.
