1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) yellow cake mix 4 c. mixed candied fruit 1/2 c. whole candied red cherries 1/2 c. whole candied green cherries 1 1/2 c. seedless raisins 1 c. cut-up dates 4 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 (6.5 oz.) pkg. white fluffy frosting mix Prepare cake mix and bake according to package directions. Crumble into a large bowl when cool. Add candied fruit, candied cherries, raisins, dates and nuts. Prepare white fluffy frosting mix according to directions. Add to cake-fruit mixture. Mix until well blended. Pack tightly into an aluminum foil lined 10-inch tube cake pan. Pat down evenly. Cover tightly and chill for at least 24 hours. Keep in refrigerator between servings.
