3 c. sugar 1 c. butter or 2 sticks margarine 6 eggs 3 c. cake flour, sifted 3 times (add 1/4 tsp. soda) 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, one at a time. Alternate adding flour mixture and sour cream to butter, sugar and eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1 hours. Bake in tube pan. Turn out immediately.
