8 oz. mixed candied fruit 1 box honey graham crackers, crushed 1 (15 oz.) box raisins 1 c. chopped nuts 4 oz. red candied cherries, chopped 4 oz. green candied cherries, chopped 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 small can evaporated milk 1/3 c. pineapple juice In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except milk and juice. Add milk and juice gradually until the mixture is moistened. Press firmly into a wax paper lined tube pan. Garnish with cherries and pecans halves, if desired. Refrigerate at least 2 days before serving; must be kept refrigerated. It may be put into 2 loaf pans (lined with wax paper), if desired.
