Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Filling: 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 stick butter 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut 3 Tbsp. flour Bring all ingredients, except coconut, to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in coconut. Let cool for 15 minutes. Spread between layers and on top of cake.
