MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE

2 c. sugar
3 sticks butter
1/3 c. cocoa
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans
1 (7 oz.) jar creamed marshmallow

Cream sugar, butter and cocoa. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix
well. Add flour and mix well. Add coconut and pecans. Bake 40
minutes at 350 degrees in 9 x 2 x 13-inch pan. Cool. Spread
marshmallow cream over cake.

Frosting:
1 box sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Cream together. Add some coconut and pecans, if you like.
Spread on cake.
