1 c. flour 1 stick margarine 1/2 c. nuts 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding 3 c. milk Mix first 3 ingredients together and pour in bottom of loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and cool. Mix next 3 ingredients and spread on top of mixture on bottom. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over spread. Top with Cool Whip and, if you like, sprinkle with nuts on top (1/4 cup).
