1 stick margarine 1 1/4 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 c. milk 1 small can coconut 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 c. self-rising flour (add last) Mix all the ingredients together, adding flour last. Pour batter into 2 greased 9-inch pie pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Turn off and leave in oven an additional 10 minutes to prevent filling from falling and a crust is formed.
