SNICKER DOODLES

1 1/3 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. Crisco
1 egg
3 Tbsp. sugar

Mix flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Roll into balls the size of walnuts. Bake about 15 minutes. Roll
baked cookies in mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Let cool for 10
minutes.
