1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix 1/3 c. peanut butter 1/3 c. light cream or evaporated milk 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1 c. flaked coconut Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Cool 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in saucepan, combine peanut butter, cream and brown sugar. Cook and stir to boiling. Spread over cake. Broil about 4 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes. Top with coconut. Broil just until coconut is toasted.
