1 can crushed pineapple 1 c. sugar 6 Tbsp. flour 2 baked 9-inch pie crusts 1 large Cool Whip toasted almonds sliced bananas fresh coconut Mix together the pineapple, sugar and flour. Cook until thickened. Let cool. Line crust with sliced bananas. Add almonds, then pineapple mixture. Sprinkle fresh coconut over all. Top with Cool Whip. Yields 16 servings.
