2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes 3 eggs 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 Tbsp. flour 1 tsp. butter flavoring 1 c. sugar 1 c. evaporated milk 1 tsp. mixed spices (cinnamon and nutmeg) dash of salt 2 unbaked pie shells Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
