1 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 2 c. shelled raw peanuts Combine sugar and water in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Add peanuts. Cook until peanuts are completely coated and no syrup remains, stirring frequently. Spread on ungreased baking sheet. Separate peanuts with fork. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Yields 16 servings.
