3/4 c. bell pepper (no seeds) 1/4 c. hot pepper (with seeds) 1 1/2 c. vinegar (brown) 6 c. sugar 1 pkg. Certo Chop peppers, then add vinegar and sugar and bring to a boil, stirring until all sugar is melted. Then add Certo. Keep stirring until boiling. Set aside and stir 5 to 10 minutes. Don't let peppers go to bottom; keep stirring. Put in hot jars. If pepper goes to top, turn jars upside-down for a few minutes. Keep turning the jars until peppers are settled all through the jar.
