1 can artichokes in water, drained and chopped coarsely
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped coarsely
1 can green chiles
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Mix first 5 ingredients together well and spread into glass
pieplate. Cover with grated cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
