10-12 large dates with seeds still inside
4 oz. goat cheese, softened
1/4 c. Smokehouse almonds, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Slice dates in half and remove seeds. Stir together goat cheese and
almonds (and salt and pepper if desired) until completely mixed.
Stuff each date with some of the mixture. Serve immediately or
keep in refrigerator (in an air-tight container) until time to serve.
