2 loaves party rye bread
2 lbs. hot breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
3/4 lb. Velvetta cheese, cut into chunks
2 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 jar pizza sauce
grated Parmesan cheese
Mix all the ingredients except the Parmesan. Heat until melted (in
a saucepan or in the microwave) and spread on rye breads. Sprinkle
each with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until topping is bubbly.
