thick skinned avocado, cubed
fresh pink grapefruit sections
Put an equal amount of shrimp, cubed avocado, and grapefruit
sections into a bowl. Dress with a little mayonnaise which has
been sweetened and thinned with orange juice. Serve chilled in
lettuce-lined margarita glasses.
