MARDI GRAS PUNCH

(Makes 14 servings)

1 6-oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 6-oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 c. water
fruit pieces (strawberries, berries, limes, oranges, etc.)
1 qt. chilled apple juice
2 qt. chilled ginger ale

Combine orange juice and lemonade concentrates. Mix well and
refrigerate half. To the remaining half, add water. Make ice
cubes (or an ice ring) with the fruit pieces and concentrate/water
mixture.

To serve: In a large punch bowl, stir together the chilled juice
concentrates and apple juice. Slowly pour ginger ale down the
sides of the punch bowl. Add fruit-filled ice cubes and serve.
