3 lb. watermelon, cubed and seeded
3 or 4 medium lemons
2 medium limes
4 c. cold water
1 c. sugar
Place watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain
through fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher. Squeeze juice from
limes and lemons and add to watermelon juice. Stir in cold water
and sugar, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Stir before
serving over ice.
