6 fresh mint leaves
1 tsp. agave syrup
1/2 c. chilled white wine
1/4 c. chilled club soda
Cut a small slice of lime and reserve. Cut remainder of lime into 2
halves. Put all ingredients, except reserved lime slice, and some
crushed ice into a shaker and shake well. Pour into goblets and
add club soda on top. Serve with lime slice put on rim as garnish.
