3/4 c. almond flour
1/4 c. shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tsp. baking powder
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/4 c. coconut oil
2 Tbsp. honey
2 eggs, beaten
Combine all ingredients. Place into greased or lined muffin tins.
Bake at 320 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
