2 lemons, juiced
Preheat oven to 120 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Juice lemons and put juice into a bowl. Slice bananas into even
discs. Dip the banana pieces into the lemon juice and put on
Bake banana chips for 3 hours, turning halfway through the time.
Allow to cool and store in an air-tight container.
