Italian sausage 1 c. carrots, sliced 1 lb. can Italian tomatoes 1 Tbsp. oregano 2 c. shredded cabbage 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tbsp. oil 1 c. chopped onions 2 cans beef bouillon 2 small zucchinis, sliced 1 can white kidney beans 1/2 c. wine 1/2 c. Minute Rice 1 can white beans Cut up sausage into 1 inch pieces. Fry until browned. Add carrots, onions, and oregano. Cook 5 minutes. Add beef bouillon, tomatoes, zucchini, and cabbage.
