CAULIFLOWER SALAD

4 c. thinly sliced cauliflower
1 c. sliced ripe olives
1/2 c. cut pimentos
2/3 c. green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. salad oil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine oil, lemon juice, salt, wine vinegar, pepper, and sugar.
Beat well. Pour over vegetables. Let stand 4 hours or overnight.
