1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 3-oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 3-oz. pkg. cherry gelatin
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 can bing cherries (pitted)
3 oz grated cream cheese (if frozen, it grates easier)
1 c. cola
1/2 c. pecans, cut into small pieces
Bring water to boil and add gelatins. Let cool.
Add juice from pineapple and bing cherries. Add cola. Let set
until almost firm. Add cream cheese and nuts. Continue to
refrigerate until completely set.
