Salad
medium head of cabbage, shredded
thin rings of a medium onion
7/8 c. of sugar

Lay layers in bowl, alternating cabbage and onion. Sprinkle sugar
on top.

Dressing
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery salt

Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. While still boiling, pour
over cabbage and onion mixture. Cover and let stand 4-6 hours.
