2 c. crushed Greek feta cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salad herbs
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. good quality olive oil
Combine all ingredients well.
Use over salad of romaine lettuce (torn), rings of onion, and cherry
tomatoes (or cut pieces). Add some pitted Kalamata olives to salad
or some capers for a nice flavor if desired.
