4 bags cole slaw mix
8 green onions, chopped
8 tsp. chopped almonds, toasted
8 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted OR use sunflower for different taste
3 pkgs. ramen noodles, cooked WITHOUT the seasoning packet - drained
Mix all ingredients except noodles. Refrigerate.
1 c. salad oil
6 Tbsp. rice vinegar
4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
3 pkgs. seasoning from the noodles
Mix all ingredients and add dressing to salad. Refrigerate. Add
noodles about 2 hours before serving. Serve cold.
