2 c. diced cooked chicken 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 chicken bouillon cube 2-3 tsp. curry powder 6 Tbsp. white flour 2 c. milk 2 medium apples, finely chopped Saute chicken and onion in 1 Tbsp. oil. Turn off heat and stir in bouillon, curry, and white flour. Add milk and mix. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add apples and cook for 3 minutes more. Serve over brown rice. The following condiments can be used: chutney, chopped hard-boiled egg, chopped green pepper, chopped peanuts, coconut, raisins, chopped watermelon rind.
