2-3 chicken breasts
1 medium onion, chopped
1 or 2 garlic cloves
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 small can chopped green chile
1 tsp. chili powder
corn tortillas or tortilla chips
Cook chicken and cut into small pieces.
Add onion, garlic, mushroom soup, green chile, and chili powder.
Fold chicken into mixture. Line bottom of greased 9x12-inch or
11x13-inch baking pan with chips or broken tortillas.
Layer with half of chicken mixture, then cheese. Repeat layers
ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
