3/4 c. brewed coffee
1 small can tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
up to 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Mix all ingredients except chicken in a saucepan and simmer for 5
minutes. Arrange chicken in a baking pan and pour sauce over
chicken. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 1 hour. Baste often.
