1 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. chopped almonds 2 Tbsp. minced dried parsley 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. crushed dried thyme 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. butter or margarine 1 clove crushed garlic 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. frying chicken or chicken pieces Mix together bread crumbs, cheese, almonds, parsley, salt, thyme, and pepper. Melt butter in a flat pan (shallow teflon cookie sheet with sides). Add garlic. Dip chicken pieces in melted garlic butter and then coat with crumb mixture. Place the chicken back in the garlic butter pan and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Baste while cooking but do not turn.
