1 lb. ground beef
1 5-oz. pkg noodles
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Saute meat and onion until done.
Cook noodles in salt water. Drain and add to meat. Add soups,
salt, and pepper.
Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
