1 lb. ground beef
1 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
1 c. finely chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 5-oz. can evaporated milk
1 egg, beaten
Mix all together and form a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove
from oven after 45 minutes and spread topping mixture on loaf.
Return to oven to finish cooking.
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. brown sugar
Mix ingredients together well and spread on top of partially-cooked
