ORIENTAL FLANK STEAK

1 flank steak, marinated in the following sauce for 4-8 hours
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Grill or broil steak for 5-8 minutes per side. Slice across grain.
Serve with leftover marinade that has been boiled.
