1 1/2 lbs. hot ground sausage 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese (or jalapeno cheese if you want it hotter) 2 c. Bisquick Mix all together with your hands. Take a quarter-size piece and roll into a ball in the palm of your hand. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from cookie sheet and place on paper towel to cool.
