1 20-oz. can pineapple chunks
16-oz. pkg. of "Brown and Serve" sausages or fully cooked "Little
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
1 large green pepper
1 large red pepper
Brown sausages (if using "Brown and Serve", cut into thirds before
browning). Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Cut peppers into 1
