TENDER ROAST (FROZEN ROAST)

(A Peculiar Recipe....)

frozen roast
salt and pepper to taste

Use a large pan even when cooking a small roast. Place frozen roast
in a pan. Salt and pepper to taste. DO NOT ADD WATER.

Cover roast and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Add 1 cup water when
juices from roast turn brown. Continue roasting, checking
occasionally to see if more water is needed.
