Place chile and water into blender. Add garlic, oregano, and cumin. Cover and blend until smooth. Pork 3 lbs. pork, cut into 1-inch cubes Marinate pork in chile overnight. Bake in a 350 degrees oven until chile is absorbed and meat is soft, approximately 3 hours.
