1 large bag frozen hashed brown potatoes
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 lb. sour cream
1 Tbsp. minced green onion
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Mix together first 5 ingredients and put into a 9x13-inch baking
dish. Top with Parmesan. Let sit overnight.
Bake without cover for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
