4 medium tomatoes, halved
4 tsp. basil pesto
5 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange tomatoes on a baking tray and top
each with 1/2 tsp. pesto and 1/2 tsp. cheese. Roast tomatoes until
cheese is slightly browned and melted, about 18-20 minutes. Remove
from oven and serve immediately.
