1/4 c. milk 2 eggs 1 med. onion, quartered 3 Tbsp. flour 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. baking powder dash of nutmeg dash of Worcestershire sauce 2 large potatoes, peeled vegetable oil for frying Using blender or food processor, chop potatoes coarsely. Place all ingredients in blender, adding potatoes after onions. Process potatoes and onions until chopped fine. Don't puree or over-process. Heat electronic skillet to 360 degrees. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil for each batch of potatoes. Drop batter in oil and flatten out to 3". Fry 2 minutes, turn, and fry 2 minutes more until brown. Keep warm in oven until all are cooked.
